1. Who we are
RUNX was founded by Stefan in 2021 after years of working in outside broadcast environments across live and recorded productions. Today, RUNX provides specialist broadcast engineering and operational expertise while developing focused digital products. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
2. This website
This website does not currently use advertising, behavioural analytics, user accounts or contact forms. It does not intentionally set optional cookies. If you email us, your message and contact details are processed through Microsoft 365 so that we can respond and maintain appropriate business records.
3. Idle Dial
Idle Dial is RUNX LTD’s internet radio app. It does not require an account and does not contain advertising, analytics or behavioural tracking. Favourites, manually added stations, appearance settings and the most recently played station are stored locally on your device.
When you search for stations, the search terms are sent to the community operated Radio Browser directory. When you play a station, your device connects directly to that station’s stream and may request its artwork. Those independent services can receive ordinary technical information such as your IP address and device request details under their own privacy practices. RUNX LTD does not receive or retain that information.

4. Why we process information
We process business and support correspondence where necessary to respond to enquiries, provide support, take steps connected with a potential contract, operate the business and meet legal obligations.
5. Retention and sharing
We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably required for support, business administration, legal or accounting purposes. We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support our email, hosting and business operations, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object or complain. Contact us first at [email protected]. You may also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
